A Cozy Reading Area

I rearranged some furniture and set up a cozy reading area I set up for L when he was sleeping. We had just went to the library that day for the first time in a few weeks and I wanted to suprise him with a cozy reading area for us to read all his new books he was so excited about. YES, this area is a bit PINK for a boy, but since i'm surrounded by boys my husband lets me get anything and everything in the girliest colors and fabrics as I want soooo...this is what I had to work with haha!

L loves picnics so I put all his books in our picnic basket and set out some "reading snacks" beside it.

I also strung up some star lights.
At night it glows softly and is just such a cozy and magical little space to read :)
HE LOVES IT!

  2. Ok, I am OBSESSED with your son's glasses. What kind are they? I worked as an optician for about a zillion years and I really like seeing cute kid's frames - especially boy ones, because they're not so easy to find.

    Cute blog!

  3. I would love that too. I absolutely adore that you put them in a picnic basket. Picnic baskets are the best.
