Bubble Wrap Printmaking

I have a large roll of Bubble Wrap for rainy days. Its amazing how much fun L has stomping and rolling on it and popping every last one. I usually get in on the fun once or twice too.

I began looking for more ideas on what to do with it, and like an old friend...MaryAnn Kohl (the author of several art books for children) inspired me yet again!

What you Need
Bubble Wrap
Paint
Paper

What you Do

1. Let your child (help them if necessary) spread paint on the bubble side of the bubble wrap with a paintbrush and/or their hands.

2. Then help your child turn the bubble wrap over and print the bubble pattern onto the paper. Didn't get a pic because I was helping at this point.

Repeat as you want :)
