    I actually just buy washable finger paints BUT I have been meaning to try a homemade recipe for washable finger paints like this one http://www.mymothermode.com/2011/03/homemade-washable-finger-paint-recipe/. And i've also heard that just adding a bit of dish soap to regular tempura paints turns them into washable paints.
