Milk
Food Coloring
Dish Soap
Dipping Utensil (wood craft stick is perfect)
What you Do
1. Pour milk into a shallow bowl or plate
2. Add food coloring to milk
3. Dip your craft stick into some dishwashing soap then dip the stick into the milk....
